Questions about pricing.
What counts as a device?
Any endpoint running the Remote.It agent — a Raspberry Pi, a Jetson, a gateway, a server, or a VM. Every plan includes 5 base devices per account, plus additional devices for each license you add.
What is a license, and how does per-user pricing work?
Paid plans are priced per license. Each license adds one user account (five on Fleet) and a set number of devices — 3 on Professional, 10 on Business, 100 on Fleet. Add licenses as your team and fleet grow.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is about 17% cheaper. Professional is $10/mo billed annually versus $12 month-to-month; Business is $25 versus $30. Fleet is $250/mo per license with an annual payment option.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We prorate and issue a credit based on when you change within your billing cycle.
Can people in one organization be on different plans?
No. Everyone in an organization must be on the same class of plan — all on Business, or all on Fleet. You can’t mix Personal or Professional users with Business or Fleet in the same organization.
