Customer Content
Customers retain ownership and control of the information they choose to transmit through Remote.It.
Remote.It is designed to provide secure connectivity—not to collect or process customer application content.
As part of normal platform operation, Remote.It does not inspect, monitor, or store customer application content transmitted through customer connections, including:
- SSH sessions
- RDP sessions
- VNC sessions
- ScreenView session content
- Camera video streams
- Industrial control system communications
- PLC traffic
- Application payloads
- Customer files
Except where explicitly authorized by the customer as part of a support engagement, Remote.It personnel do not access customer sessions or transmitted content.
Payment Information
Subscription billing is securely processed by Stripe.
Remote.It does not store complete payment card numbers or payment credentials. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Customer Communications
Remote.It uses HubSpot to manage customer relationship information, customer communications, newsletters, product announcements, and marketing preferences.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by contacting us.

Remote.It operates its production platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Production services are hosted in the AWS US West (Oregon) region utilizing multiple Availability Zones to provide high availability and resilience.
Artificial Intelligence Features
Remote.It may offer optional AI-enabled capabilities, including integrations utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
These capabilities are designed to help customers retrieve operational information from their own Remote.It environments.

Government Requests
Remote.It does not voluntarily disclose customer information to government agencies.

Where legally permitted, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers before disclosing information.
Business Transfers
